Sian(see-Ann) Rose is not only a food addict. She is also an accomplished Chef, Author and Blogger. Growing up a great deal of her time was spent experimenting with food. After living and cooking in Miami for several years, Sian returned to her childhood home, Harrisburg, PA. In 2008 armed with a brave heart and an unquenchable passion she made my first foray into entrepreneurship. What’s Cooking Authentic Caribbean Cuisine was born October 2008.

Even before the beginning, Sian saw a need for authentic Caribbean food in Central PA so when the time came she decided to carve out her niche. Before long, What’s Cooking had gained a steady loyal following. For the next 6 years Sian and her team would have the opportunity to work with many wonderful clients including Penn State University, MODE Magazine and various government agencies.

In 2014 What’s Cooking underwent several changes. The brand expanded to include the What’s Cooking brand and the newly created Sian’s Cooking.
