???????????

1 medium firm, ripe mango
1 large firm, ripe peach
1 – 2 sprigs of cilantro (if you like cilantro use 2 otherwise 1 is plenty to marry the flavors of the fruits)
½ teaspoon salt

Peel mango and cut as much fruit as you can away from the seed. In a glass or plastic bowl, cut into small pieces, Cut open peach and remove seed. Cut peach into small pieces. Chop cilantro into small bits. Add salt. Use a spoon to mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Marinade in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
