Orange Glazed Chicken Thighs

Meaty chicken thighs are baked in orange juice, brown sugar and garlic. The result is sweet tangy garlic infused morsels  are perfect partnered with Jamaican rice & peas or coconut rice and fresh seasonal vegetables

3 pounds chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Season chicken with salt, black pepper and chopped garlic. Let the chicken marinade for 2 to 24 hours. Place chicken skin down in a baking dish with orange juice and brown sugar. Bake on middle shelf of 350° oven for 45 minutes. Turn chicken and bake on top shelf for an additional 30 minutes.
